So, last night I went and took pictures of my results.

I put them into a video, you can view it below.

I would also like to add that I made an observation [well I actually smelt it, so i'm not sure if you would call it and observation......]

The stock that had sugar and lemon juice smelt, as did the control.

The smell was the kind that you get when you find something in the fridge like ham has gone off.

I guess this in an indicator that I will be needing to do more research........
